Advanced stability help!!!!

I went to go mess with my advanced stability and no matter what i do it doesnt seem to change a thing. suspension will change effectively. any ideas on why its not working? i even just downloaded mxs garage to make a setup and i succesfully loaded it into the game and everything worked fine besides the advanced stability again. any help would be appreciated!!!!
