purchase question

due to credit card issues i need to know if i can have a friend purchase the game for me via his PC. if he buys the game will he get an activation code? or will he get the pre-activated version of the game? basically my question is can he buy the game for me from his PC?

He needs to check the box where it says "License/Deliver to [ ] Purchase is for someone else." at the bottom of the order form and put your info there. The email with the links and key will then go to you instead.
