How do you use downloaded setups?

I downloaded some setups and the person said to put them in your setups folder and i looked and i looked for it, but i don't have a setups folder what do i due to use them? Is there a tutorial video?

go into your personal folder, make a new folder and name it 'setups' without the ' of course. Put the setup in there and go in game and type '/readsetup xxxx' (change xxxx to the setup name) and you setup should be loaded.

And type '/writesetup xxx' to make one. And them type '/readsetup xxx' to use it.
