No textures and objects on tracks?

Hi a mate of mine has this problem. Basically it looks like he has no objects or texture. Now ive made him check to see if you has the right packs and he informs that he does. Hopefully someone can help please. This doesnt happen on rf national tracks though

that's usually the case when you change a name of a track so it tries to load textures from something else, but I'd guess that he doesn't have the pack or something. (even if he says that he has)

Make sure you didnt put the track in a folder inside your personal folder. It has to be in the root or it will look for statues/textures/etc. in the wrong location.
