Bars wont turn

Hey guys i just built a new computer and as some of you know ive been playing sim for a while and have never encountered this problem.

my bars wont turn. If im on the gas i can lean but if im sitting at a gate no matter how hard i try my bars will not turn.

Ive tried upping steering strength and everything. I Cant even think of a logical solution to fix. Its not my controllers problem either because it leans.

Please help

Turn down your stability or turn up your steering strength in you advanced stability settings. Hope it helps!

If you seen going straight and are just sitting there then your throttle messed up if you are moving just can't turn then clack your button mapping see if you have a button that controls steering

No no no. I Also tried lowering my stability down to 8 which i normally play on but it still dosnt turn the bars. It leans Rather than actually turning the handlebars.

Turn off arcade physics in the bike settings.

It wasnt Arcade physics either. Its working now though but i did nothing to make it start working i was just trying to ride like that and then all of a sudden it just started steering again mid race.... Weird..
