FPS spiking
my fps has randomly stared to skpike. id did use do do that. ive tried everything. lowered my graphic clear out stuff on my computer. is there a way to fix it or should i just get a new computer

it will go from 35 to 24 back to 35 then it will go to 8 for a while then back to 35
