Can't Read Flaggerfiles?

Hello. It seems to be on all the 2012 Motosport National Tracks, I keep getting the same error saying "Can't read @2012.motosport.rf.national.rd(round #).(track name)/flaggerfiles/rf.f01.png". What does this mean, and where can I download these flagger files?
