Custom Track Problems

HI,
I had to reset my PC (windows 7 ultimate), after ive done that I installed MXS again.
If I download a track and put it in MXS, the Track has no details and often the whole track is black or green, Only some tracks are working.
I can´t figure out what the problem is.
I hope some of you can help me.
