most decal and tilemaps wont load?

decals and tilemaps on most tracks wont load, i just installed mxs on this computer and im not sure if i have my folders set up wrong?

Have you by mistake put things in a subfolder?

no problem, had the same issue, especially with JS7, took me a while to figure out..
