Just got the game, downloaded some stuff and realized I cant see other peoples skins it is only the default when i'm online. Googled the issue couldn't find anything.

Do you mean everyone online has the same models? Is it the stock one that comes with the game or the default model replacement pack ones?

Perfect with the screenshots! The model-replacement is working, it is replacing the edgy-stock models. To see peoples skins, you will have to have the specific skin they're running. If not, you won't see it. So there's 2 options, either download every skin that gets released and see 25% of all the skins online or just settle with the skins you think looks good for your own use (and maybe someone else online) and stick with the stock model replacement.
