Model help

Hey guys, been playing demo for a year, finally bought it! Amazing game... I have a question though, how do I get the hi-poly looking models I see in the SX youtube videos? I downloaded the yx250f DJ model and put it in my personal folder, but I can't find it ingame.

what do you mean? You need to restart the game in order for the changes made to the personal folder to take place.

Yeah, i've got the replacement pack to work and now some skins. However it seems like only some of them work. Is it because i'm missing a model for the skin? etc? Also, with the replacement pack everything looks amazing but sometimes the tires have big white spots on them (looks kinda transparent). Any idea why?

Did you download the update to the pack? You also need to put the first version in. then put the update in and make any replacements it wants to.

Thanks man I finally got it. Looks freakin amazing. I love the custom content. I have one more question though; How often do you see other's skins ingame? It's only happened to me once with the Nike Hoodies set. Is it just too improbable? Has/does anyone download as much as they can to make this happen? Are there any like skin/model/track packs that are highly popular?

I download all team packs for rf. I see a lot of custom skins. Now time to get a VR headset
