I have downloaded some normall Tracks and they just Show up all black.
But all the Tracks that Show up black, are working on a different pc.
So any suggestions?

If it's just some custom tracks you probably do have them in a sub-folder.
Another possibility would be the Intel mipmap bug, but that would affect every track. You can work around the mipmap bug by disabling mipmaps in the advanced graphics settings menu.
