Cant get the game to download

so I just built my new gaming pc, long story short I click the link in my email to download the game, hut save as and desktop, I then click the downloader and it pops up I go through where I want it to download and everything, it goes through the download process pretty fast, then I hit finish, but the game is nowhere to be found, tried putting it on different drives and everything, just never shows up? anyone have any tips to get this to work?

Try disabling your antivirus software. Might be worth trying to download with a web browser instead.
