I search how to hide the character in game or in demo, if it's possible because i want to make an edit

Use --hidden-hud and --hidden-pause in the command line options.

you need an invisible rider_body and rider_head if that's what you're asking.

I think he means "Storken | StorkenMXS/MOZ Racing" when focusing on someone in playback mode.

--hidden-hud should remove the name. Here's the link for the invisible rider:
