Just general Windows 10 "what to do"...

I've reserved the update for Windows 10 and I know I need to back everything up before I do it, but is there anything else I need to do before or after? I've seen you need to update your drivers. How do I do that? I'm on a laptop if that makes any difference but I've never done that as far as I know so I don't know how if I need to.

For drivers, google your laptop brand + model + drivers. You should find it on your manufacturer's homepage. Nothing else really you need to do.
