Making Gear
Ok... so i have attempted this myself numerous times and this is something i have been wanting to learn for a month or so now and i just have no idea where to start or what to look up to start, but i would like to start creating gear myself, and since i can't really figure it out myself i am hoping that someone would be willing to help me a little? I am already very familiar with photoshop and illustrator and i have mostly just done bikes, just struggling with gear, more or less making the pants actually.

What i think would really help if someone made a layout template of how the pants wrap around the model so we know what goes where

would help a hell of a lot if people did make a base template, or tutorial showing how the pants wrapped and where the front and back are i get a general idea of the front and back but its hard to tell where to even start making stitching and everything else.

Re: Making Gear
literally the only way to learn is to practice. there's no way around it. If you want to see how the pants wrap around the rider, open blender and apply a rider skin to the model, and see where stuff lines up. All gear s different and all people skin differently, so a tutorial for one person, may be of no help to another.
