Windows 10 problem?

I upgraded to Windows 10 about 2 days ago and when I upgraded a lot of my files from Windows 8.1 were gone so I had to re install some programs and re download some stuff and once I had done all that I shut down my PC. When I turned my PC back on everything was reset an looks exactly how it did right after I upgraded. Any help or advice is appreciated.

I also turned my PC on the next day if that matters.

I fixed it for anybody that has this problem in the future or now I was signed into a temporary profile.

Is Windows 10 OK to upgrade to? List of games I play and would love to know if it will mess up any of the games

Outlast
GTA5
Minecraft
Reflex

Mx sim runs fine on 10
Outlast idk
Minecraft runs okay
Reflex runs fine

This is for me (and i believe for everyone)
Just have to update your drivers

Reflex works without any problem for me too on 10.
