my rims wont load

i downloaded my rims just like all my skins and tracks and they come up when i select them but when i go to ride it says theres an error and cant load them and also my numbers???

Are they just skins? They need to have the model to load as well

Me too! it's annoying cuz it seems like there's no one out there to help and understand.
