Xbox One Windows 10 problems/ no personal folder

I recently purchased new Lenovo lap top with windows 10. Stole my buddies wired xbox one controller we use to play mxs on his computer running windows 8. On his computer mx sim is flawless not a single issue at all and is perfect. On my lap top with windows 10 both triggers aren't working which I know a lot of people have that issue and also my buttons when playing start sticking like crazy. I started using rb for throttle and lb for brakes/clutch also I use the right analog button for sticky sit/dab and x for down shift b for up shift. when playing in game not only does the throttle and brakes get stuck but also sit dab and sometimes my shifting gets stuck. I have seen you need to go into the personal folder and mess with the controller config but some strange reason the personal folder had been deleted and I place tracks/skins into the main mx sim folder but has no at all in game. really could use some help on what to do to fix controller issues and idk if the personal folder being gone would be an issue with anything.

So I got back on this morning and game is now basically un playable and cant go 10 seconds without either throttle/brakes/sit dab/ or shifting up or down getting stuck. really am lost on what to do. any help is appreciated
