Wired Xbox 360 Controller Button Issues

Okay this is driving me insane.

I have been playing this game for around 3 years, always with an xbox 360 wired controller.

Last summer I experienced an issue for the first time where my sticky sit/dab glitches. I have this control mapped to my right joystick button and I started to notice that randomly after pressing it I would find myself still sitting down or standing up. This is very bothersome when you come up to a section that requires standing and without realizing it you are sitting and you die.

So I picked up a new controller, bought the warranty, and the issue was fixed. It took about 100 days or so and the same thing began happening. New controller, new warranty, issue fixed.

But today when the issue began happening again, after getting a new controller it seemed the issue wasn't fixed this time. The joystick on this brand new controller is a bit squeaky, so Idk if it's still something on there end but I'm just wondering if anybody has had this issue or if JLV knows anything. Sit/dab is a major control in this game so I'm sure you all can understand my frustration.

Going to go switch sit/dab to my other joystick's button to see if I'm having the same issue.
