i got my own gaming pc.
i5 4460 @3.2ghz
ram 8gb (2x4) @1600Mhz HyperX Fury
R9 380 2Gb
today, i tried recording with fraps (most used for sim)
while recording it went to 60 fps its self, but it was sooooo laggy.
i tried with the highest graphics, and lowing everything. is it a fraps problem?
or a gpu setting problem?
