Noob questions, stability, tracks.

I'm super new to this. This is my 5th day playing.
Is it possible to get more tracks on demo game?
I would like to test some harder tracks before buying the game.
And what stability people use in competition?
Is there any rules about what settings you are allowed to use and what not?

Theres no rules about settings you can use in competition and i dont think you can get anymore tracks for the demo.

I think I will buy this game today. Maybe even right after I make this topic.
I want to race people, but I suck. I crash a lot.
Where do I sign up for racing? There are so many series, I don't know which would be nice for noob like me. (I'm really bad).
+ Maybe anyone who plays with a keyboard, would like to share his controles? I'm still strugling with setups and everything.

I bought the game, how long usually it takes, to receive it?
