Xbox 360 Split Triggers Windows 10

Did anyone ever figure this out? A couple months ago I got an Asus Gamepad and windows can read it as an Xbox 360 controller. I can also have it just be a gamepad but windows can't calibrate all the axes for some reason, so MXS can't read them either. The drivers from XBCD aren't "digitally signed" or some dumb shit, so Windows won't take them. I searched for a bit after getting the controller and couldn't find a solution that actually worked, so today I figured I would just make this post and see if anyone has solved the issue.
