Make sure you’re using the correct JM files for the model, especially if it has optional parts that would require a different JM

sorry to bother you more but how do you check that cause im fairly new to bike skinning

You just have to make sure if there are multiple sets to choose the correct ones that correspond to what you have saved on the psd. Can you post a list of the file names you’re importing?

Make sure there is a frame JM in there, and you replace the _ with a - in the skin name. here is an example

Make sure there is a frame JM in there, and you replace the _ with a - in the skin name. here is an example
