Bike stops working?!?

Hi guys,

Right so I recently started playing sim again after like 2 years. I have noticed a problem when riding around a track every so often it's as if my bike loses power and it rides at like 1/4 throttle. I have changed my bike setup settings, updated the snapshot, changed controllers I literally have no idea what it could be. Could someone with a little bit more knowledge on the game please come forward and help me out, I would much appreciate it, cheers.
