MXS wont work with Graphics driver

So i have this problem for a few weeks now. Every time i wanna play mxs i gotta fully uninstall my graphics driver. With my graphics driver installed it either wont start up or i have 1FPS ingame. I tried reinstalling Mxs i tried every driver from my gpu from the newest to 2019 i also fully reinstalled windows. It seems like my RX 5700 just wont work with MXS?? But it worked like 2 month ago...I have absolutley no clue why my gpu driver wont work with mxs...
