Tyre texture yellow

I have a question about my tyre being yellow ish and not black as it should be is there anyway how to fix this?

Does other wheels to this too? If you try a different model or skin pack? Looks like a very strong spec map, but I might be mistaking.

Something with that model or skin configuration then. Imo it looks like a really reflective spec map.
