I can't move half of the time

When I try to play my bike either won't move or it is stuck going backwards. Once I start going my throttle gets stick wide open. I tried a different controller, resetting my controls, I also deleted the game and re downloaded it.

You might have your controls bound to conflicting actions, e.g. throttle and brake on the same button. Try going through your controls and rebinding everything.

I tried doing that multiple times and even tried a different controller.
