Controller/Game bug?

Hi, i have had a really annoying problem with my controller.
Sometimes I press my brake or clutch and it just stick and to get rid of it I have to press that same button again, same thing with gearing i use manual gearing and when I want to shift down it shifts up
Haven't really found a solution anywhere on or off the forum
