Simple Track Editing Question?

I made a track in photoshop. So what exactly do i need to do to get it into the game. Im not releasing anything until i get better i just want to use it in the game what do i do.

Save the greyscale image as "terrain.png" and place it in your track folder.

16bit grayscale or it will be very very bumpy.
