Textures wont load in fully when far away

I'm having some trouble with the render distance of my textures like shown in the photo. I have a beefy pc with a 4080 super and set every video setting to the max. What can I do to fix
ths?

Looks like you only have one level of terrain textures. Use the high detail preset and don't touch any advanced graphics settings.

That fixed it. My stupid ass changed ground texture levels to high. Thanks for the help!
