Graphic driver upgrade

I read the driver upgrade tutorial but theres nothing for an intel driver. I've tried looking for downloads but on al of them you have to have keys or buy things to be able to do it. Where should I download it from?

Where it detects what driver you have and the current driver installed they are both blank
