Ok, I wasn't sure what to name this but if your sick of seeing MX Simulator in brown when you start the game, download this image from mediafire. if you don't want that image and you want your own just make your picture size 600x600 and save it as title.ppm

when i try to make my own and i name it title.ppm its just a gray box that appears

Save it as a potable bit map in photoshop and rename the ending from pmb to ppm when in save menu.
