I would strongly recommend using the sit/dab in the corners (it keeps you more solid).
Other than that I think that you are doing pretty good, just keep practicing and you'll get better.

Are you playing with a controller or a keyboard? If it's a keyboard I strongly recommend investing in a wired xbox 360 controller. I used a few before I bought a wireless adapter for my wireless.
