Edward, it seems like your really good at editing videos its just your recording isn't up to spec, it destroys the video. lower your FOV to around 30

Jason here is tutorial.

First copy the big enbed code,and cut from it video link.

Press Flash thingy next to font size choose button,and paste that link,its will look like this

Take that link,always stop copying the link when it gets to that = sign.Then just use the flash tool at the top of the post thing next to the font size.Then where it says"[flash=]" put size,like so.[flash=600,400]Then just post the link inbetween the ]and[.
