Tip from me: when blurring background, don't blur the whole background, it should be something like DOF, so the blur should be 0 under the bike and getting stronger and stronger as the terrain goes further from the bike. (make copy of background and blur it then use gradient as a mask for the layer)

i have my graphics settings maxed out, thanks for the tips amn ill give them a go and see how i get on
