I can see that argument. I tried out 2 styles on one image. The one on the top, greyscale edges/not so colorful overall. The bottom one, just a bright "HDR" kind of one. Why is this happening? No spokes, fork going thru front plate, just messed up all the way around. It stops that when I get closer.

The lods will make the model load fewer triangles while being further away?
