I do not take this wrong way.I take it the opposite.I take as you trying to help me.
@I do understand what you mean. But I do not get the focus point stuff.I'm using gimp if that matters at all.So the blur I used in those last ones was actually smudge at a low rate(pressure). There is a filter you can choose in Gimp to do gaussian blur and motion blur. But they blur the whole picture. So I would do motion blur and it would blur the whole picture. Then I would blur the wheels, right?
I will try a pic and post it in a bit.
Thanks
Instead of having it blur the whole picture, select only the parts you want to blur, like the wheels. Then do those filters. It will only effect the parts you selected.
Is there someway to select what you want to blur? Or is there a blur tool with a brush? either of those would work if you use them right. Took some of the 125 race at Winton, you might beable to see what I'm saying with the focus thing.
I understand the focus point now.
But no you can't select what you want to blur.Although there is a blur brush.I tired one with the motion blur as I said there is in filters. But it blurred the whole bike because I did it before I read these.
I tried to blur the trucks and house in the background like you said.
