also if anyone can help me upload my videos in 60fps it would be appreciated. I rendered it in 60fps but its not on YT?

If you rendered 60 fps it would be 60 fps on YT, check your render settings.

, I swore it could have been better quality but but the bitrate looks like poop. What do you record your clips with?

59.94 is fine, most 60 god footage will be 59.94. YouTube will pick up anything over 30 I believe. So if you render it at 45 god for instance there would be an option for it I believe.
