Terrain png not changing when I edit a track.

I'm editing a track that my friend made and when I try to send him the download link he doesn't get the edited version. The weird part is my terrain png looks the same as the original track (before changes) and it works fine on my pc. His looks the same and he doesn't get the edited version. I know it sounds confusing but any help is appreciated.

Are you working in editor and are you clicking save?

The game can read files from either the install folder, which defaults to "C:\Program Files\MX Simulator", or the personal folder, which is "%localappdata%\MX Simulator". However, the game can only write to the personal folder. You most likely put the track you wanted to edit in the install folder and the game has saved the changes in your personal folder.
