I'm sure Wilson will be happy to do only 6 tracks

Well, seeing as the stadiums will need openings, DDMX may as well do Vegas. Or maybe we should all pitch in on that track, to make it a bg finale!

If I make vegas, i'm starting soon, and it will be the most flashy/best looking track I can make! (and ride well with lots of rhythm options)

Atlanta beta

I know the decals are plain, but they won't be the final ones. The jumps are laid out exactly to the track map. There are not as many options in the rhythm sections as I would have liked, but I did what I could with the layout. Let me know what you think.

I don't think you scaled the track right. It feels like a highway. It does not feel right at all

He didn't scale it to 1:25 scale, but when you change it to 1:25 it is awesome.

I actually did scale it to 1:25. I also wanted to make sure it when the bales are put on it is not too narrow. I will snug it up a bit if that is what everyone wants.

I'm not trying to atrt a big argument. But, it was not scaled to 1:25.If it were scaled 1:25 then in the terrain.hf the second number would've been 0.625,but it was not.It was something weird that I don't remember.

Kind regards.

That number just sets the resolution of the height field. You can make a 1.25:1 scale track at any resolution you want.

Yea I made the resolution .75 in terrain.hf, and then used the actual dimensions from the georgia dome to size the track right. The floor of the georgia dome is approx 450 feet in length, which is 562.5 feet at a 1.25:1 scale. My track is 577 feet long, so yes it is 15 feet too long, but i dont think its a big deal personally. It definitely will feel tighter when the bales are added. Any more feedback would be appreciated.

Yeah actually that isn't going to work out the way you think. This track is WAY too wide. WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too wide. It's also too long, and the height scale is too high - the rhythm sections in particular are much too tall. This results in the rythms being wayyyyyyyyy too easy.

I actually think the DISP is really good and you probably don't need to change much there. I love the berms, definately some of the best I've seen. I think if you just spend 10 minutes working the terrain.hf file you'd be in business.

I don't know how you made your track map (the thing in the upper right corner), but if you used a 1.25 scaled version of the track drawing, then it's a dead giveaway your track is too wide - most of the time my little arrow is well outside the track lines on your track map.

Also, when you release a beta, please give us timing gates. It only takes 2 minutes to do...
