I'm really kind of lost on the next track I want to make.

:/

I don't think I'm going to end up using Southwick anymore, since I really don't feel like working on it, so... I don't know.

Not to be picky, but I personally would love to see either:
1) More Supermoto tracks (Don't care about replicas- just anything with some nice turns and elevation changes, really)
2) Really tight/technical tracks/enduros (Example: Extreme Single Track, KOTM)
3) Winter themed track (Make it slippery as hell, like the Mud Ring lol)

Just my 2 cents...not that it ever really matters.

I was thinking of doing a supermotard, disp map would be simple. But I'd also love to do an enduro, but thats more effort than an MX track

I remember now why I did not want to work on a track for about 2 weeks after the last contest. :| Just wonderin how everyone else's tracks are coming and curious as to how many tracks we can look forward to this time. Mine is at about 65% with nothing completely finished yet. Is it just me or is it hard to focus on one track for longer than a few days?

Yeah it is, it should be like a time range like we got for races.

I'm calling Dibbs on Donington. That track looks really fun to make and ride.

Now, I just need to find an accurate overhead map. I've got a angled one. :(

Here's my best attempt at flattening out that overhead:

If I have the scale right the track is huge. At least 2200 feet across. To make it fit you will either have to bump the scale up a little or use a 2049x2049 map.

Hmm.

Is there any way to make the map not square? Like having a 512x1024, or whatever?

I really wanted to have the HD ruts on it, and I can't get that if I make it less accurate. :/

It has to be square. I don't know why this didn't occur to me before, but you could fit it in diagonally.
