rock?thats dried up dirt bud lol and that was the base i have actual tire tracks on track the rocks are all on the side and off track i made it realistic bigger rocks and crap on the outiside that get kicked up from the bikes and on track has smaller rocks and dirt with tire tracks throughout im sure you will like the finished product.

Come to Vermont. I'll take a picture of one of the sections on our track sometime. It's honestly 70% rock, 30% dirt.

Only reason i said that was because in the previews you've provided that to me looks like rocky textures like they would use to make grunge brushes in photoshop

Did some more to it. On that hill thing at the bottom, not sure if I should;
1. Try to blend it to look natural.
2. Try to blend it to look man-made (smooth even sides).
3. Just not use it and put something else there.

Oh yeah, so I screwed myself too. I made a PS action that saves a copy of the disp at 1000x1000 to my desktop, then the 3d modeling program auto updates and it uses that image as a displace modifier (so I can see changes quick). So one of the times it didn't undo the resize, didn't notice it and I saved it. So I had to resize it back to original size, now it has tiny tiny bumps everywhere, think at the end I'll just smooth over the track path in game.

Do you go up to the top and turn on that hill thing?If you do I would say extend the top more.But it shouldn't be natural in my opinon.Make it man-made. :D

Yeah you go up and turn around, Jake gave me some feedback and I decided to just take it out, it seems weird anyway I look at it.

For now, don't worry about what it'll look like when you're done. Build your track path with the elevation you want where you want it only worrying that you don't have too much variation between close straights. (one a mountain beside a huge ditch right next to eachother). When you are done you'll be re blending your whole base anyways.
