Ok im officially taking a break from track making lol. I lost count of the amount of hours put in on this one about 3 weeks ago. Modeling and skinning is a chore. I can't wait to ride all of these tracks tho.

Re: JLV Track Contest Previews
Mine are in jlv's hands at the moment. I'm not sure if the plan is to make one giant object pack out of all of them. If that's not the plan, I will release them as soon as I find out otherwise.

Re: JLV Track Contest Previews
if i remember correctly all about the contest tracks are "property" of jlv now, as we accepter to release them under creative commons..
so i think he will take care of releasing them all as a necessary object pack or include them in the next release of the game in one of those zzz.saf files.
but i can't be 100% sure about that i should read again the contest rules and i don't even know if they're still available

As far as I know all you have done is handed him the right to freely distribute them as he wants. You have not lost your right to also distribute it.giopanda wrote:if i remember correctly all about the contest tracks are "property" of jlv now, as we accepter to release them under creative commons..
You might want to check on this though

That's correct. By releasing under the Creative Commons Attribution License you have given me (or anyone) the right to distribute as long as a you are credited.
I'm going to release the tracks in one huge saf file. It should be around 400 megs.

Re: JLV Track Contest Previews
You can have multiple tracks in one saf file? I guess I should have known this before with the stock tracks
. Do you just have them all of the track folders in one folder and saf it that way? I'm just curious
.
