It's not the tilemaps that cause the lines and blurring, it's the decals. It still looks like that when you ride without decals.

No it doesnt voutare. I forget ezactly what jlv said but it has to do with a setting he uses to set the resolution by distance from camera.

I was going to say that, but I figured I would be wrong so I didn't. I remember JLV saying something about mipmapping and causing problems a year ago, and I dunno. I'm going to bed.

All i want is to beable to turn mip mapping off... Then this game will be 100x better

Pretty much every game uses mip mapping

I reckon nudging the resolution up may make it look better.

My resolution is at 2560x1900 and every time i take screen shots i get an obvious blur on some tiles... Could it atleast be an option to turn off

noob question: whats mip mapping?
