Blank Track update -Release

Hello all, so I decided to update the blank track, and hopefully help out some of the new track builders and maybe give some others a solid base to start working with when building tracks. There are so many things that go into the tracks now, that I wanted to make sure that they were available, and hopefully if you are started in the right direction the tracks will be better in the end.
So here's whats I have done:
All of the billboards and objects (statues) that were included with matias' updated track have been included. So you will need to make sure you have the following object packs

I have included a custom skybox and the decals from my supercross track. The Tileinfo, and tiles are from 2012 millville, which I felt were a good starting point for most outdoor tracks. I set up the dynamic lighting in the lighting file, so all you should need to do is switch it from 0 to 1 for it to start working.
I have included a ReadMe that explains a little more in depth what I have done and a little information about what the files do, so please take a look at that before you start asking questions.
I would also like to thank the following who have made these cool updates possible:

good idea, but I was hoping it would have all the stock statues and billboards images. its a pain in the arse doing a shadow map without them.

Huge thanks for this! I was having trouble getting decals to work in the blank track I was using,this is real easy now.

I meant to post this a while back, but had forgot.
When using this if you are getting an error stating it cannot read "dynamic", make sure to open the lighting file and change "dynamic lighting 1" to dynamic_lighting 1 (or 0, if you do not want to use dynamic lighting). It was a typo on my part. :?
