read the tutorials. DDMX's "Perfect SX berm" tutorial is kick ass so just go off of that and if you have questions for photoshop then pm someone who knows photoshop.

Since my guess is you aren't using PS, use the Radial Pain/Add tool instead of Linear. Use 8 streagth and 0 focus.

I truer that and it kinda came out better but the berm still didn't look like a cresent

Hover your mouse over them (in statues mode) and hit the X key.

What are the folders called? Do you mean from your track? If they are from your track they should be in your track folder inside of your personal folder.

i have a track folder and they so up in the game but the objects i put in the track dont show up or thextures are decals nothing

All of those files should be in one folder (your track folder), which should be in your personal folder.

i put my blank track in the tracks folder then i put some objects into the blank track folder and they still don't show up

so all these files(statues, decals, collisions, models, skins, etc.) are all located inside the blank track file
