Texture/Decals Help

Hey i need some help with a few things. im kinda new to this whole track building thing.
1. how do i change the tilemaps edits? like all i got is dirt and grass
2. how do i get new objects like diffrent bails and stuff?
3. how do i get the diffrent looking dirt and how do people make it look ruted and stuff?
