Pretty interesting hightmap video

I found this video on YouTube and was pretty amazed.I wonder If there is a way to get that texturing into sim? Only thing though is I think that you wouldn't be able to zoom in on that hightmap website in order to get a certain tracks hightmap. I haven't tried this at all yet but I thought it was pretty cool as I hadn't had anytime recently but I thought it was pretty cool!

Just watched it briefly, but it seemed cool how he edited the overlay. I've also watched for other non-sketchup ways to make tracks. As you said, problems with sites like these are that usually the zoom available isn't enough
