Slow Track Editor

I got a new laptop , cause my other one sucked ass , and this one i can run about 85 fps max graphics but some reason my track editor is SOOOO SLOWWWW like if im trying flattin a track to start a new one, it takes almost 3 minutes just to flatten everything

Anybody know anything? THX

Make sure reshade delay is set to 0 when track editing.
